the world's leading producers of digital TV receivers

Kjaerulff 1 A/S has established a partnership with Pace Micro Technology plc, the leading independent developer of digital TV technologies for the global payTV industry. With this partnership Kjaerulff 1 will be able to offer dealers a broader range of digital TV receivers, including the latest set top box developed for Viasat's HD service.

Kjaerulff 1 will be the main distributor of Pace products in the Nordic countries. Kjaerulff 1 is one of the leading distributors in the Nordic countries with sales companies in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland as well as in Germany and Poland. Kjaerulff 1 has a wide network of dealers and a wide assortment within digital TV products and accessories.

The distribution of Pace products is also very much in line with Kjaerulff 1's cooperation with Viasat, as Pace has developed a number of set top boxes for Viasat's program platform. Furthermore, Viasat has recently announced that Pace has been chosen to develop boxes for Viasat's brand new HD-platform as well.

The agreement between Kjaerulff 1 and Pace includes the distribution of standard definition set top boxes - with and without PVR function - and high definition PVR set top boxes, which will give the end user even better and more life-like pictures.
