	Can I use hard disk Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 (ATA/133 8MB buffer) with Maxtor article numbers 6Y160P0 (160 MB) and 6Y200P0 (200 MB) in the Digiality VC-CI 304 ?
	Following drives form Maxtor is approved for the Digiality 304 Receiver: · 80 GB ATA/133 HDD 6Y080L0032013 · 120 GB ATA/133 HDD 6Y120L0032011 · 160 GB ATA/133 HDD 6Y160P0042211 · 200 GB ATA/133 HDD 6Y200P0062211 All other HD is not approved, and will not be working in the receiver. If you not are using the original brackets your don’t have any warranty on your product.

	How do I find the new transponders for DR1 and DR2 on a Digiality VC-CI 304 receiver?
	This guide will help you find the new DR transponders on a Digiality VC-CI 304 Digiality VC-CI 304 · The receiver should have found the new channels automatically. If this has not happened follow the next steps · Press the MENU button on the remote control · Highlight “Channels” and press OK · Highlight “Search” and press OK · Highlight “Thor” and press the blue button to start a search · Press the yellow button to start an automatic search · Press the green button and the search will start · The new programs will be at the bottom of the program list.

	Are there any menus that have to be changed when I add a hard disk drive, or is it just to connect it and start to use it?
	No just connect the hard disk drive and it will work. The only thing that has to be changed is that the receiver has a software version of at least 10.0.

	What is the difference between CX-CI and VC-CI?
	During production they printed the wrong name. All receivers on the market are VC-CI.

	What is the PIN code number?
	The PIN code number is 7139.

	How do I use the copy function?
	Copy a part of a recording to a single recording. How to use this new function. a. Press menu b. Select “Internal Video” c. Mark a recording and press “OK” d. Mark the program that you cant to copy and press “Yellow” e. Now you can select the start and stop time f. Press “Green” to start the copy function. g. Depending of the size of the program this will take some time, please be patient.

	My receiver can not find the clock when I put it in stand-by, what do I do?
	We have solved the problem, with a software update. Please find the software on our site under download - software and tools. The most recent version is version 11.

	Is it possible to connect the receiver to my PC, and then edit the channel lists, etc? If so, where do I get the program?
	You can use a PDA or a PC to edit the receiver. The program can be found under "software & tools" on this website - click here .

	If I want to add a harddisk, will the receiver ONLY work with the Maxtor types you specify on your home page, or have you not tested any other type so you cannot say if they work?
	Digiality only supports the Maxtor harddisk, it is not possible to use others.

	Do you have any information on your home page when a new software is available, and what the changes are to the software?
	We will put a note on our home page as soon as there is a new software available. The newest software at the moment is 14. Full information can be found in the release notes.

	My receiver will not find the PVR after I have followed the instructions correctly, what do I do?
	You have to make sure that the software version is the newest. To do this press "MENU" Highlight "Insatllation" Press "OK" Highlight "About" Press "OK" The software version has to be at least 10.0. We have a 11 software available on this homepage at the moment. This has to be installed into the receiver with a PDA or Computer. There is no possibility to find any software on the air at the moment we are working on a solution for this.
